Cooking
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Place the potato mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once the potatoes are tender and golden brown, sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top. Air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
