Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes (halved) Halved for even cooking.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil For coating the potatoes.
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced) Adds flavor.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Topping for the potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (for garnish) Optional garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half. If you have larger potatoes, you can quarter them to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the potato mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Once the potatoes are tender and golden brown, sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top. Air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with dried parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy the crispy goodness!

Notes

Cut potato pieces evenly for consistent cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Feel free to customize flavors with your favorite herbs or spices.
