Method
Preparation
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Then add the milk and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. A few lumps are okay!
- Form small balls of dough (about 1–1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Cooking
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place donut holes in the basket, ensuring they don’t overcrowd.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- While warm, toss the donut holes in a cinnamon-sugar mix or dust with powdered sugar.
Serving
- Let the donut holes cool slightly and enjoy while they’re warm!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for about a month; use parchment paper between layers.
