  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives) for garnish

Preparation
  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dice them into uniform cubes.
Seasoning
  1. In a large bowl, add the diced potatoes. Drizzle olive oil over them, followed by garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat every cube.
Arrange in Air Fryer
  1. Place the seasoned potato cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer for optimal crispiness, avoiding overcrowding.
Cook
  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 20-25 minutes. Halfway through, shake the basket to ensure all sides are perfectly golden.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Once crispy and golden, remove the potatoes and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.

Notes

For even crispiness, soak diced potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for 1-2 months.
