  • 4 ears ears of fresh corn, husked Choose fresh corn for the best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Use unsalted butter for more flavor control
  • 1 teaspoon salt Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch paprika, parmesan cheese, or your favorite herbs for garnish Optional toppings for added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Husk the corn to reveal the kernels and remove any silk strands.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with salt and coat the corn with this mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the buttered corn in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning them halfway through for an even finish.
Serving
  1. Remove the corn from the air fryer and add any desired toppings before serving hot.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer.
