  • 2 slices slices of your favorite type of bread Sourdough works wonderfully.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend.
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for greasing butter or olive oil For greasing the air fryer basket.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and lightly grease the basket with butter or olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the slices of bread inside the air fryer basket. If desired, lightly butter one side of the bread.
  3. Crack an egg on top of each slice of bread. For scrambled eggs, lightly whisk the eggs with salt and pepper before pouring it over the bread.
  4. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until the egg is set and the cheese has melted and turned slightly golden.
  6. Once done, remove from the air fryer, season with additional salt and pepper, and enjoy your delicious breakfast!

Notes

Experiment with different types of bread for delightful results. Add toppings like avocado, spinach, or hot sauce for extra flavor.
