Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and lightly grease the basket with butter or olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the slices of bread inside the air fryer basket. If desired, lightly butter one side of the bread.
- Crack an egg on top of each slice of bread. For scrambled eggs, lightly whisk the eggs with salt and pepper before pouring it over the bread.
- Generously sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until the egg is set and the cheese has melted and turned slightly golden.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer, season with additional salt and pepper, and enjoy your delicious breakfast!
