Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the bread by placing the slices on a cutting board. Optionally, lightly toast them in the air fryer for a couple of minutes.
- Crack one egg into a small bowl, season with salt and pepper, and pour the egg over each slice of bread.
- Top the eggs with shredded cheese and any additional toppings you desire.
Cooking
- Place the toast in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, checking around the 5-minute mark.
- Once fully cooked with gooey cheese and set egg, carefully remove the toast from the air fryer.
Serving
- Let the toast cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, always preheat the air fryer. Experiment with different cheeses and add-ins. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, and reheat in the air fryer.
