- Slice your bread into sticks about 1-inch wide.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
- Dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring that they’re fully coated but not soaked.
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it heat up for a few minutes.
- Give the air fryer basket a light coat of cooking spray.
- Arrange the coated bread sticks in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
