Ingredients

Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or homemade if you’re feeling adventurous
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Save some for topping
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish
  • to taste Salt

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by unrolling the refrigerated pizza dough on a clean surface. Cut it into strips, about 1 inch wide, and then roll each strip into a knot.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Using a brush, coat each knot with the garlic butter mixture. Save some for later!
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the knots in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you might need to do this in batches). Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  3. Once done, remove the knots and brush them again with the remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top while they’re still warm.
Serving
  1. Serve the knots warm alongside marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes until warmed.
