  • 1.5 pounds Potatoes, cut into even-sized cubes Use your choice of potatoes.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or parsley, optional for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes if desired, then cut them into even-sized cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  2. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Check for crispiness; if desired, cook for a few more minutes.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, cut the potatoes evenly and avoid overcrowding the air fryer. Experiment with different seasonings for variety.
