Preparation
  1. Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and slice them into rounds or half-moons, about ½ inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the zucchini is well-coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Once the zucchini is golden and crispy, serve immediately, topped with your choice of grated Parmesan or fresh herbs.

Notes

For maximum crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. You can also experiment with different seasonings like cayenne pepper or Italian seasoning.
