Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes or any small potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley or Italian seasoning

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half (or quarters if they are larger).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the potato halves in this mixture until they are evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the potatoes and toss again to ensure every piece is coated in cheesy goodness.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The potatoes should be golden and crispy when done.
  6. Once finished, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley or a sprinkle of Italian seasoning before serving.

Notes

For best results, don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Customize the seasoning to your liking, and consider adding mozzarella or cheddar cheese for an extra cheesy flavor. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
