Preparation

  2. Soak the grated potatoes in a bowl of cold water for about 15 minutes to remove excess starch.

Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Spread the potato mixture evenly in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  3. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Notes
