Preparation
  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water. Dry them thoroughly.
  2. Chop the potatoes into evenly sized cubes, about 1 inch in size.
Seasoning
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the potato cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
