  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 piece Fresh lemon for garnish

Preparation
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on a plate.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets, then sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasonings into the fillets for an even coat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned salmon, skin-side down, in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and your choice of sides!

Notes

Store cooked salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the salmon back in the air fryer for a few minutes. For meal prep, freeze uncooked salmon fillets wrapped tightly in plastic wrap for up to 3 months. Adjust seasonings to suit your taste.
