Preparation
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on a plate.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets, then sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasonings into the fillets for an even coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned salmon, skin-side down, in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges and your choice of sides!
Notes
Store cooked salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the salmon back in the air fryer for a few minutes. For meal prep, freeze uncooked salmon fillets wrapped tightly in plastic wrap for up to 3 months. Adjust seasonings to suit your taste.
