Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Butter or coconut oil Melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips Or any favorite mix-ins
  • 2 cups Fresh fruits Apples, bananas, berries, etc.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another.
  3. Combine the dry and wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips or fruits.
  5. For cookies, scoop tablespoons of the batter onto parchment paper.
  6. For cakes, pour the batter into an air fryer-safe pan.
Cooking
  1. Place treats into the preheated air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 8-15 minutes, depending on the dessert.
  3. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
Serving
  1. Allow desserts to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For serving, consider pairing desserts with ice cream or yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the air fryer for freshness.
